（中央社記者朱則瑋台北7日電）行政院長林全今天下午視察颱風尼伯特中央災害應變中心，他聽完各單位簡報後表示，目前土石流警戒區多數居民仍未預防性撤離，應跟地方政府確認，盡快撤離，避免無謂傷亡。

林全下午3時到颱風尼伯特中央災害應變中心，聽取國防部、消防署等各單位說明目前狀況。

林全表示，雖然做了很多準備，但準備是做不完的，根據目前颱風位置，影響最劇烈時間恐怕在夜間，災情處理更不容易，各單位要密切與地方政府保持聯繫，第一時間掌握災害資訊、救援狀況。

林全表示，颱風造成土石流，造成的傷害通常很嚴重，對社會衝擊大，現在還有許多土石流紅色警戒區的居民，還沒有撤離，希望在颱風影響更大前，盡快全數撤離至安全地區。1050707
